Investigative Suspensions. 15.6.1 The CCSNH may suspend a covered employee with pay for a limited period of time when 1) allegations of misconduct made against the employee are related to the employee’s duties and responsibilities and require an internal investigation; and 2) the nature of the allegations warrant the removal of the employee from the work site.
