Investment Fees. (a) Fee Schedule. The compensation of Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated by Client and paid from the assets of the Fund in accordance with Schedule A hereto. (b) For purposes of this section 8 and Schedule A, all payments due to Subadviser shall be solely made from the assets of the Fund.
