INVESTMENT IN EDUCATION. 38.1 Plunket is committed to supporting professional development that advances practice and contributes to child health outcomes. Support for this education includes a minimum of paid 20 hours per annum or 60 hours across three years of paid professional development hours, approved by the employer in accordance with the employer’s policies and procedures and taking into account operational requirements. These hours may include attendance at seminars or conferences as well as undertaking study, research, projects or e-learning relevant to the employer’s business.
