Public Education. GRANTEE, upon request of DISTRICT, will participate in and assist with a one day public education and demonstration concerning the GRANTEE's project. GRANTEE will allow reasonable access by DISTRICT and the public to project facilities and equipment during this demonstration.
Public Education. The Department and Licensee may jointly develop public education programs relating to drinking water quality, recognising that the Licensee may have other obligations of this nature under its Operating Licence.

Public Education. 17. The City and SPD will develop and implement, in coordination with the Commission, a program to broadly educate the Seattle community about the various methods for making misconduct complaints. The topics below should be considered for incorporation into the outreach program.
a. Making complaint forms and informational materials, including brochures and posters, available at appropriate city government properties and at the offices or gathering places of community groups.
b. Continuing to require all officers to assist any person who wishes to file an OPA complaint and to provide their name and badge number upon request, if feasible under the circumstances.
c. Making complaint forms and related informational materials available in the foreign languages appropriate to the local community.
18. In consultation with the Commission, SPD will consider additional metrics to measure community satisfaction with OPA.
Public Education. Within five years of the effective date of the New License, Chelan PUD shall develop and implement an interpretive plan and educational program during the term of the New License and any subsequent annual licenses, as described in Section 5.6 of Chapter 8 of the Comprehensive Plan.
Public Education. 6.9.1 Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that education and public awareness are critical, key and essential elements of any efforts to achieve AB 939 requirements. Accordingly, Franchisee agrees to take direction from County to exploit opportunities to expand public and customer knowledge concerning needs and methods to divert solid waste and recyclables from disposal by reducing the amount of solid waste generated and/or accumulated by recycling or other appropriate waste diversion strategies and to cooperate fully with County in this regard.
6.9.2 Franchisee shall maintain its own program of providing information relevant to billing and solid waste services, issues and needs with its bills. Every billing cycle Franchisee shall include an additional message promoting participation in recycling and green waste programs as their billing format allows. Franchisee shall bear all labor costs with respect to inserting public education materials with the xxxxxxxx. County shall bear any additional postage expense resulting from any County inserts and shall bear other expenses related to the inserts to the extent said expenses are clearly in excess of Franchisee's normal billing costs. All public education materials shall be approved in advance by County.
6.9.3 At the direction of County, Franchisee shall participate in and promote AB 939 activities and other solid waste management techniques at community events and local activities. Such participation would normally include providing, without cost, educational and publicity information promoting the goals and programs of County's solid waste program.
Public Education. The Consultant shall, in consultation with the Town, prepare or cause to be prepared all informational and educational materials for the general public and for the media, subject to the approval of the Town, including meetings with representative from the media. The Consultant shall prepare a recommended public education and information strategy to be used as part of the municipal aggregation program following commencement of the supply contract.

Defendants shall develop, fund and support a variety of public education programs designed to educate the public regarding mental illness, the myths and stigma associated with it, and the rights of consumers of mental health services and their families. Programs shall include those targeted to assist members of individual communities or employees of public
Public Education a. Each Party, as appropriate, and the Secretariat shall give due publicity to the new AIDCP Dolphin Safe Certificate and AIDCP Dolphin Safe Label through relevant communications to interested governmental and non-governmental entities .
b. The Parties agree to disseminate objective information to, inter alia, importers, fishermen’s organizations, and non-governmental organizations, using their own capabilities within their national and international markets, to support an accurate public perception of the AIDCP, in order to increase the broad understanding of the AIDCP and its objectives.
c. The Parties, through the Secretariat, may support the design and implementation of an international public education campaign to accomplish the objectives set forth within this section.
