Investment in Eligible Investments. Cash on deposit in any Account (other than the Payment Account) may be invested at any time in Eligible Investments in accordance with Article X.

Investment in Eligible Investments. Cash on deposit in any Covered Account may be invested at any time in Eligible Investments in accordance with Article VIII. To the extent Article VIII does not provide for cash on deposit in a Covered Account to be invested in Eligible Investments, such cash will remain uninvested.
Investment in Eligible Investments. Any portion of the net proceeds of any Loans hereunder that is not invested in Collateral Obligations at 3:00 p.m., New York City time, on any Business Day during the Reinvestment Period shall, on the next succeeding Business Day or as soon as practicable thereafter, be invested in Eligible Investments as directed by the Services Provider in writing (which may be in the form of standing instructions).
