Investment Management, Administrative and Advisory Fees. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Employer and/or Participant may authorize the direct payment of investment management, administrative or advisory expenses and fees from the Account, provided that the Account is solely liable for the payment of such expenses or fees in a form acceptable to the Plan Administrator.
