Common use of Invoice Certification Clause in Contracts

Invoice Certification. As a condition precedent to payment thereof, Seller shall, upon request, certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables shall be produced in compliance with the same requirements.”

As When and if requested by AMOGY, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Seller shall, upon request, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, 7 and 12 of the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables shall will be produced in compliance with the same requirementssame.”
