Common use of Invoice Certification Clause in Contracts

Invoice Certification. When and if requested by DXC, as a condition precedent to payment thereof, Supplier shall separately certify each invoice as follows: “We certify that contract deliverables listed hereon were produced in compliance with all applicable requirements of Sections 6, 7, and 12 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, and of regulations and orders of the U.S. Department of Labor issued under Section 14 thereof. We further certify that any and all additional contract deliverables will be produced in compliance with same.” 13 SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY Social and Environmental Responsibility. Supplier warrants that in all countries in which Supplier and, to Supplier’s information and belief, Supplier’s appointed subcontractors do business, its and their operations comply with all Applicable Law and regulations governing labor and employment, employee health and safety, protection of the environment, and ethical practices. Supplier will comply with both the DXC Responsible Supply Chain Principles (DXC- Responsible Supply Chain Principles), including establishment of management systems as described therein, and the DXC Code of Conduct (DXC- Code of Conduct) located on the DXC Portal.
