Invoice for Implementation Services. Contractor shall invoice AOC for Accepted Deliverables. The invoice shall include (i) AOC’s contract number, (ii) the vendor identification number, (iii) the name of the Deliverable, (iv) the pricing set forth in Exhibit 4: Pricing and Financial Provisions for the Deliverable and (v) supporting information as AOC may request. Invoices for Implementation Services provided by Subcontractors shall be paid by the Contractor, then invoiced to AOC.
