Involuntary Detention Services. In the event a Traveler is Involuntarily Detained, subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations in this Agreement, Redpoint will provide, arrange and pay services for detainee retrieval operations and negotiations up to the limits described in this Agreement. Redpoint personnel shall have sole discretion whether or not to provide such services and the manner in which they are provided.
