Involuntary Termination Due to Layoff. Regular full-time and part-time employees who have been involuntarily terminated pursuant to force adjustment procedures in the CBA and have a minimum of one (1) year net credited service as of the date of the termination are eligible for up to $2000 in funds for certain education, training, out placement and relocation expenses.
