Payment for Certification. Employees who obtain one (1) or more certifications required or preferred by their classification description shall receive a one (1) time payment of $400.00 per certification up to a maximum of two (2) such certifications.

Payment for Certification. Effective on the date of ratification of this Agreement, regular full-time employees who obtain one or more certifications preferred in the job description for his/her position shall receive a one (1) time $500.00 payment. Each employee shall be limited to only one (1) payment and regular full-time employees who received payment under this provision prior to the ratification of this Agreement are not eligible for another payment under this provision.

  • Instructions for Certification 1. By signing and submitting this CONTRACT, the prospective lower tier participant is providing the certification set out below.

  • Class Certification Solely for the purposes of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree to certification of the claims asserted on behalf of Class Members. As such, the Parties stipulate and agree that in order for this Settlement to occur, the Court must certify the Class as defined in this Agreement.
