Involvement in Grievance Proceedings. 15.16.1. At any point in the Grievance Procedure, where TEBA determines that the grievance concerns a matter that is more appropriately addressed at the provincial level, TEBA may, at its sole discretion, assume carriage of the grievance process on behalf of the Employer. 15.16.2. At any point in the Grievance Procedure, where the Association believes that the grievance concerns a matter that is more appropriately addressed at the provincial level, the Association may request that TEBA take over the grievance process from the Employer. 15.16.2.1. Any applicable timelines in the grievance procedure are frozen for the duration of TEBA and the Association’s deliberations under clause15.16.2. 15.16.2.2.
