Common use of Involvement of Former City Employees Clause in Contracts

Involvement of Former City Employees. The Contractor shall promptly notify the City in writing of any person who is expected to perform any of the services and who, during the twelve months immediately prior to the expected commencement date of such service, was a City officer or employee. The Contractor shall ensure that no services matter related to the services is performed by any person (employee, subcontractor, or otherwise) who was a City officer or employee within the past twelve months and as such was officially involved in, participated in, or acted upon any matter related to the services, or is otherwise prohibited from such performance by SMC 4.16.075.
