Care of Facility Sample Clauses
Care of Facility. Occupant accepts facility in “as is” condition and agrees to leave facility in as good order and condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.
Care of Facility. OCCUPANT agrees to the following terms regarding care of the FACILITY during its use under this agreement:
1. OCCUPANT shall take good care of the FACILITY and any equipment and/or furniture located therein.
2. OCCUPANT shall leave FACILITY at all time in as good order and condition as existed prior to OCCUPANT’s use thereof, normal wear and tear excepted.
3. OCCUPANT shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste or nuisance in or about the FACILITY or subject the FACILITY to any use that would damage any portion of the FACILITY.
4. OCCUPANT shall not permit any use of the FACILITY that would violate or negatively impact the terms of the insurance coverage for the FACILITY required under this Agreement.
5. OCCUPANT shall not allow a number of persons in any part of the FACILITY at any time in excess of the legal or posted capacity thereof.
6. OCCUPANT shall not permit any food, drink or smoking in any part of the FACILITY without the prior written consent of the DISTRICT.
Care of Facility. Exhibitor shall promptly pay for any and all damages to Facility or associated facilities, booth equipment, or the property of others caused by Exhibitor.
Care of Facility. All freight, cargo, merchandise and exhibit material must enter the Facility through the designated loading stations. Throughout the duration of the Event, the Artist is required to collect and remove any garbage, refuse or recyclables in the immediate vicinity of their exhibit space, and deposit them into the designated receptacles. When installing their exhibits, banners, displays, artwork and decorations, etc., the Artist shall not nail, tack, staple, tape, glue or otherwise fasten to ceilings, walls, painted surfaces or columns. The Artist is also strictly prohibited from punching, drilling or coring holes into the Facility. The Artist shall promptly pay for any and all damages, whether intentional or accidental, that they cause to the Event Facility or associated facilities, booths, equipment or the property of other Artists. The Artist’s failure to promptly pay for any damage they caused may, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, result in a ban from future Events and/or events held by the Organizer.
Care of Facility. Sponsor shall promptly pay for any and all damages to the Facility or associated facilities, sponsor equipment or the property of others caused by Sponsor.
Care of Facility. Event leaders and participants agree to: (i) use utmost care in the use of church facilities and agree to leave the facilities in good, clean condition; (ii) confine themselves to the areas provided for in their Facilities Usage Agreement; (iii) not exceed the capacity limits of requested facility areas; (iv) restore to their original placement all furniture and room arrangements after use; and (v) supply required supplies/materials, i.e. “consumables” for their event. Kitchen/Food Preparation: Due to limited space, dinners and receptions should be catered. Our small kitchen is available to you for limited use. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer. It is necessary to bring all your own utensils, hand towels, coffee pots, serving items, paper supplies, etc. No kitchen items or cleaning supplies are available. No leftovers should be left in the kitchen, refrigerator or freezer.
Care of Facility. A. No waste shall be committed to the Facility and the Station covenants and agrees not to generate, store, place, install, dispose of or otherwise handle, at, on or in the Facility, on the building or on the land any “hazardous materials.” “hazardous substances,” “toxic materials,” as such terms are used in or defined under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act of 1980, 42 U.S.C. 6901 et seq., as amended the Toxic Substance Control Act and any other law now or hereafter in effect: any other substance waste or material which is deemed hazardous, toxic, a pollutant or contaminant, under any law now or hereafter in effect; or any asbestos or asbestos-containing materials (all of the foregoing referred to herein as “Hazardous Substances”).
B. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Station may store and utilize such substances, otherwise characterized as a “Hazardous Substance” as may be necessary in providing fire and/or rescue services to the community provided that such substances is not released onto or into the Facility, and are stored in accordance with applicable standards.

When installing their exhibits, banners, displays, artwork and decorations, etc., the Artist shall not nail, tack, staple, tape, glue or otherwise fasten to ceilings, walls, painted surfaces or columns in a manner prohibited by the Organizer or Facility. The Artist is also strictly prohibited from punching, drilling or coring holes into the Facility. The Artist shall promptly pay for any and all damages, whether intentional or accidental, that they cause to the Event Facility or associated facilities, booths, equipment or the property of other Artists. The Artist’s failure to promptly pay for any damage they caused may, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, result in a ban from future Events and/or events held by the Organizer.
Care of Facility. The Applicant shall not injure or deface the premises or any equipment therein. The Applicant shall not drive any nails, hooks, tacks, or screws into any part of the building, nor make any alterations of any kind to the Facility. This extends to the stage; there will be no screws, nails, tacks, or hooks driven into the stage floor.
Care of Facility. USER agrees to cause the Facility to be kept clean during the term of USER’s occupancy, and to leave the Facility and areas surrounding the Facility in a clean condition at the end of the Event. The Facility Use Fee includes basic clean-up of the Facility after the Event, including ONLY garbage removal, standard floor cleaning and restroom detail. Exhibit B to this Agreement is a list of cleaning tasks required to be completed by USER at the end of the Event. USER shall complete the task listed on Exhibit B that apply to its use of the Facility unless ARRC expressly states that a particular item or items need not be done. The cost of excessive cleaning required due to the USER’s use and occupancy of the Facility, including but not limited to carpet shampooing and/or upholstery cleaning, if not performed by USER, will be deducted from the security deposit required under Paragraph 5.03.
