Care of Facility. Occupant accepts facility in “as is” condition and agrees to leave facility in as good order and condition as received, normal wear and tear excepted.

Care of Facility. OCCUPANT agrees to the following terms regarding care of the FACILITY during its use under this agreement: 1. OCCUPANT shall take good care of the FACILITY and any equipment and/or furniture located therein. 2. OCCUPANT shall leave FACILITY at all time in as good order and condition as existed prior to OCCUPANT’s use thereof, normal wear and tear excepted. 3. OCCUPANT shall not commit or allow to be committed any waste or nuisance in or about the FACILITY or subject the FACILITY to any use that would damage any portion of the FACILITY. 4. OCCUPANT shall not permit any use of the FACILITY that would violate or negatively impact the terms of the insurance coverage for the FACILITY required under this Agreement. 5. OCCUPANT shall not allow a number of persons in any part of the FACILITY at any time in excess of the legal or posted capacity thereof. 6. OCCUPANT shall not permit any food, drink or smoking in any part of the FACILITY without the prior written consent of the DISTRICT.
Care of Facility. Exhibitor shall promptly pay for any and all damages to Facility or associated facilities, booth equipment, or the property of others caused by Exhibitor.
Care of Facility. All freight, cargo, merchandise and exhibit material must enter the Facility through the designated loading stations. Throughout the duration of the Event, the Artist is required to collect and remove any garbage, refuse or recyclables in the immediate vicinity of their exhibit space, and deposit them into the designated receptacles. When installing their exhibits, banners, displays, artwork and decorations, etc., the Artist shall not nail, tack, staple, tape, glue or otherwise fasten to ceilings, walls, painted surfaces or columns. The Artist is also strictly prohibited from punching, drilling or coring holes into the Facility. The Artist shall promptly pay for any and all damages, whether intentional or accidental, that they cause to the Event Facility or associated facilities, booths, equipment or the property of other Artists. The Artist’s failure to promptly pay for any damage they caused may, at the Organizer’s sole discretion, result in a ban from future Events and/or events held by the Organizer.
Care of Facility. Event leaders and participants agree to: (i) use utmost care in the use of church facilities and agree to leave the facilities in good, clean condition; (ii) confine themselves to the areas provided for in their Facilities Usage Agreement; (iii) not exceed the capacity limits of requested facility areas; (iv) restore to their original placement all furniture and room arrangements after use; and (v) supply required supplies/materials, i.e. “consumables” for their event. Kitchen/Food Preparation: Due to limited space, dinners and receptions should be catered. Our small kitchen is available to you for limited use. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer. It is necessary to bring all your own utensils, hand towels, coffee pots, serving items, paper supplies, etc. No kitchen items or cleaning supplies are available. No leftovers should be left in the kitchen, refrigerator or freezer.
Care of Facility. Sponsor shall promptly pay for any and all damages to the Facility or associated facilities, sponsor equipment or the property of others caused by Sponsor.
Care of Facility. X. Xxxxxx agrees: 1. To keep the Premises in as good condition and repair as they were in at the time of completion of the City’s and Tenant’s Work, reasonable wear and tear and damage from fire and other casualty for which insurance is normally procured excepted; 2. To keep the Premises in a safe, clean and sanitary condition and in compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of governmental authority, or of any company or companies insuring against losses resulting from damage or destruction to the Clubhouse or from personal injuries, deaths or property damage occurring in, on or about the Clubhouse; 3. Not to commit any nuisance or waste on the Premises, overload the Premises or the electrical, water and/or plumbing facilities in the Premises or Facility, throw foreign substances in plumbing facilities, or wastefully use any of the utilities furnished by the City; and 4. To abide by such rules and regulations as may from time to time be reasonably promulgated by the City or Facility Manager; 5. To maintain a controlled access to the Premises. Tenant shall provide to the Facility Manager a key to access the Premises. B. If Tenant shall fail to keep and preserve the Premises in the state of condition required by the provisions of this Lease Agreement, the City may at its option put or cause the same to be put into the condition and state of repair agreed upon, and in such case the Tenant, on demand, shall pay the cost thereof, as additional rent. C. The Tenant shall coordinate with the City for the routine maintenance and repair of the nonstructural and interior components of the Premises, including glass doors and windows, and the Tenant shall pay the City for the costs of all such maintenance and repair services provided by the City. D. The Tenant shall be responsible for maintenance, repair and replacement of all specialty equipment fixtures and furniture used or supplied by the Tenant in the operation of its business on the Premises, including all utility systems within the Premises. E. The City shall maintain and repair, at its cost, the roof, structural components of exterior walls (including doors and windows), HVAC equipment, structural parts of the floors, and the exterior components of the Clubhouse. The Tenant shall immediately notify the City, in writing, of the need for repair of items which the City is obligated to maintain and repair, after which time, the City shall have a reasonable opportunity and time to repai...

Care of Facility. All facilities, grounds, and equipment must be returned in as good condition as when rented. Renter agrees to pay all cost for cleanup, repair or replacement of damaged facilities, grounds or equipment. Failure of Renter to maintain premises or equipment in acceptable condition or to abide by the terms or conditions of this agreement may result in forfeiture of damage deposit, additional charges being incurred, or in termination of this agreement upon written notice by Willow Creek Church.
