Common use of IRO Engagement Clause in Contracts

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI UHS shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.9 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI UHS in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI UHS if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI UHS may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI Provider shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.4 of the CIA IA or any additional information submitted by CHSI Provider in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI Provider if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI Provider may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI CCH shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.10 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI CCH in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI CCH if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI CCH may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI CII shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in not have a professionally independent and objective fashion, prohibited relationship to CII as set forth in Paragraph D. E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.8 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI CII in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI CII if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI CII may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI Xxx shall engage an IRO one or more IROs that possesses possess the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.3 of the CIA IA or any additional information submitted by CHSI Xxx in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI Qin if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI Xxx may continue to engage the IRO.

Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI Renew may continue to engage the IRO.

Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI PHC may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI Gardi shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.2 of the CIA IA or any additional information submitted by CHSI Gardi in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI Gardi if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI Gardi may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI UMHS shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.8 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI UMHS in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI UMHS if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI UMHS may continue to engage the IRO.

IRO Engagement. 1. CHSI Cigna shall engage an IRO that possesses the qualifications set forth in Paragraph B, below, to perform the responsibilities in Paragraph C, below. The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.7 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI Cigna in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI Cigna if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI Cigna may continue to engage the IRO.

The IRO shall conduct the review in a professionally independent and objective fashion, as set forth in Paragraph D. E. Within 30 days after OIG receives the information identified in Section V.A.12 V.A.8 of the CIA or any additional information submitted by CHSI Merit in response to a request by OIG, whichever is later, OIG will notify CHSI Merit if the IRO is unacceptable. Absent notification from OIG that the IRO is unacceptable, CHSI Merit may continue to engage the IRO.
