Irregular Operations. The misconnect and denied boarding benefits provided by Mesa to passengers (each, a “Misconnect Benefit Package”) shall be similar in amount and scope to those offered by AWA in similar circumstances and geographic areas (the “AWA Standards”). AWA shall not be required to reimburse Mesa for any Misconnect Benefit Package which is in excess of the AWA Standards.
