Irrevocability of Notices. On or before the fifth (5th) Business Day prior to the Auction Settlement Date, upon written notice to the Agent, (A) the applicable Permitted Auction Assignee may withdraw its offer to purchase Assignment Obligations pursuant to any Auction Notice and (B) any Lender may withdraw its offer to participate in an Auction Transaction pursuant to any Lender Participation Notice. Each such offer to purchase and offer to participate shall be irrevocable unless withdrawn in accordance with the preceding sentence. The provisions of this paragraph (j) shall neither (x) require any Permitted Auction Assignee to undertake any Auction Transaction nor (y) limit or restrict the Borrower from making voluntary prepayments of the Loans in accordance with the provisions hereof.
