Publication of Notices. Any obligation the Agents may have to publish a notice to Holders of Global Notes on behalf of the Issuer will be met upon delivery of the notice to DTC.
Publication of Notices. The Fiscal Agent, or as the case may be, the Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions of the Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with the Conditions of any notice which is to be given to the Holders of any Notes and shall supply a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.
Publication of Notices. Notice of Intended Procurement 1. For each covered procurement, a procuring entity shall publish a notice inviting suppliers to submit tenders, or where appropriate, applications for participation for that procurement, except in the circumstances described in Article 16.
Publication of Notices. On behalf of and at the request and expense of the relevant Issuer, the Agent shall cause to be published all notices required to be given by the relevant Issuer in accordance with the Conditions. Forthwith upon the receipt by the Agent of a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Agent shall forward a copy thereof to the relevant Issuer.
Publication of Notices. The Principal Paying Agent shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense of, the Master Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 14 of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Master Issuer Security Trustee and the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Paying Agent.
Publication of Notices. 1. Each Party shall ensure that its entities provide for effective dissemination of the tendering opportunities generated by the relevant government procurement processes, providing suppliers of another Party with all the information required to take part in such procurement.
2. For each covered procurement as defined in paragraph 3 of Article 6.1, except as set out in paragraph 3(c) of Article 6.9 and in Article 6.12, entities shall publish in advance a notice inviting interested suppliers to submit tenders, or where appropriate, requests for participation for that contract.
3. The information in each notice of intended covered procurement shall include at least the following:
(a) name, address, and if available telefax number, electronic address of the entity and, if different, the address where all documents relating to the procurement may be obtained;
(b) the tendering procedure chosen and the form of the contract;
(c) a description of the intended procurement, as well as essential contract requirements to be fulfilled;
(d) any conditions that suppliers must fulfil to participate in the procurement;
(e) time-limits for submission of tenders and, where appropriate, other time limits;
(f) if possible, terms of payment and any other terms; and
(g) costs of the tendering documentation.
4. Each notice referred to in this Article and Appendix 5 of Annex XIV, shall be accessible during the entire time period established for tendering for the relevant procurement.
5. Entities shall publish the notices in a timely manner through means which offer the widest possible and non-discriminatory access to the interested suppliers of the Parties. The notices shall be accessible through the points of access specified in Appendix 2 of Annex XIV.
Publication of Notices. The CAISO shall inform the public through the CAISO Website of all notices received under this Section 3.4.
Publication of Notices. The Registrar shall, upon and in accordance with the instructions, and at the expense, of the Issuer but not otherwise, arrange for the publication in accordance with Note Condition 14 of the Notes of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders and shall promptly supply two copies thereof to the Note Trustee and a copy thereof to each other Agent.
Publication of Notices. The Fiscal Agent shall, upon and in accordance with instructions of the Issuer received at least 10 days before the proposed publication date, arrange for the publication in accordance with Condition 15 of the Notes of any notice which is to be given to the Noteholders.
Publication of Notices. On behalf of and at the request and expense of TMCC, the Transfer Agent shall cause to be published all notices required to be given by TMCC in relation to Registered Notes in accordance with the Conditions. Forthwith upon the receipt by the Registrar or the Transfer Agent, as the case may be, of a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Registrar or the Transfer Agent, as the case may be, shall forward a copy thereof to TMCC.
