Auction Notice. The Buyer shall not surrender possession of the vehicle to any claimant, except as required by legal process, nor shall Buyer voluntarily pay or acknowledge the validity of any claim, without the prior approval of AutoNation. Time is of the essence. Any failure on the part of the Buyer, after becoming aware of said claim, to notify AutoNation of any claim in a timely manner or failure of the Buyer to cooperate in defending any such claim shall relieve AutoNation of any liability under this policy. : Branded title issues, unless announced at the time of sale, may be arbitrated. : Tire sensor indicator lights are not included. : No warranty is expressed or implied. This is NOT a safety check. Dependent upon the condition and the announcements that were made regarding this vehicle, there may be no arbitration.
