IRS 125 Plan/Flexible Spending Account. The District will maintain and administer a flexible spending account benefits program for employees (this is a tax-deferred program, paid with pre-tax dollars for health, dependent care expenses, and other legal options available under IRS 125). Employees covered under the terms of this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the Napa Valley Community College District IRS 125 Plan. Some of the components of the plan are: excess health insurance premiums, dependent care, non-reimbursed medical expenses, and any other legally available options under IRS 125.
