In accordance with the requirements of A.R.S. § 35-393.01, if the Agreement requires Contractor to acquire or dispose of services, supplies, information technology or construction with a value of $100,000 or more, then, by entering into this Agreement, Contractor certifies that it is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the Agreement to not engage in, a boycott of goods and services from Israel.
