Submission of Certified Payroll Transcripts for Public Works Contracts Only Contractors and Subcontractors on public works projects must submit monthly payroll transcripts to the Authorized User that has prepared or directs the preparation of the plans and specifications for a public works project, as set forth in the Bid Specifications. For Mini-Bid solicitations, the payroll records must be submitted to the entity preparing the agency Mini-Bid project specification. For “agency specific” Bids, the payroll records should be submitted to the entity issuing the purchase order. For all other OGS Centralized Contracts, such records should be submitted to the individual agency issuing the purchase order(s) for the work. Upon mutual agreement of the Contractor and the Authorized User, the form of submission may be submitted in a specified disk format acceptable to the Department of Labor provided: 1) the Contractor/Subcontractor retains the original records; and, (2) an original signed letter by a duly authorized individual of the Contractor or Subcontractor attesting to the truth and accuracy of the records accompanies the disk. This provision does not apply to Article 9 of the Labor Law building services contracts.
Compliance with Audit and Reporting Requirements; Maintenance of Records A. The Grantee shall submit to an audit of funds paid through this Grant Agreement and shall make all books, accounting records and other documents available at all reasonable times during the term of this Grant Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after final payment for inspection by the State or its authorized designee. Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested.
Department of State Registration Consistent with Title XXXVI, F.S., the Contractor and any subcontractors that assert status, other than a sole proprietor, must provide the Department with conclusive evidence of a certificate of status, not subject to qualification, if a Florida business entity, or of a certificate of authorization if a foreign business entity.
Scope of Application to Parties The Participating Generator and CAISO acknowledge that all Generators, except those specified in Section 2.2.1 of this Agreement, wishing to submit Bids to the CAISO through a Scheduling Coordinator must sign this Agreement in accordance with Section 4.6 of the CAISO Tariff.

Form of Agreement and Reporting If a vendor submitting an offer requires TIPS and/or TIPS Member to sign an additional agreement, a copy of the proposed agreement must be included with the proposal to the TIPS Member. TIPS does not require a review a TIPS Member’s Job Order contract TYPE AIA or other similar Contract provided by the TIPS Member. This clause does not relieve the Vendor from the responsibility to report the contract execution and the amount of the contract and any change orders.
Consent of Securities Regulators to Amendment Except for amendments made under Part 3, the securities regulators with jurisdiction must approve any amendment to this Agreement and will apply mutual reliance principles in reviewing any amendments that are filed with them. Therefore, the consent of the Principal Regulator will evidence the consent of all securities regulators with jurisdiction.
TERMINATION FOR NON-ADHERENCE OF COUNTY LOBBYIST ORDINANCE The Contractor, and each County Lobbyist or County Lobbying firm as defined in County Code Section 2.160.010 retained by the Contractor, shall fully comply with the County’s Lobbyist Ordinance, County Code Chapter
ACCESS TO SECURITY LOGS AND REPORTS Upon request, the Contractor shall provide access to security logs and reports to the State or Authorized User in a format as specified in the Authorized User Agreement.
