Re-Certification. Bus drivers shall be reimbursed at the current substitute (non-route) rate for classroom hours attended and time needed to complete the required driving test in order to meet state required re-certification. Route Sub Driver: Substitute bus drivers driving a regular or special education route, will be paid at an hourly rate of $20. Bus drivers shall be reimbursed at the current substitute (non-route) rate for washing buses when it is approved in advance by the superintendent.

Re-Certification. Re-certification is required every three years according to the Certification Policy. The Certification Authority will send a re-certification reminder to Certified Professionals between 120 days and 90 days before certification expires. The Certification Authority will process Certification Packages for re-certification in the same manner as for Certification, except that where the level of certification originally required physical attendance at a Peer Review Board this will not normally be required.
Re-Certification. Every three (3) years Keyn Certification will automatically review the Client’s certification and, subject to the satisfactory results from the surveillance audits and/or the re-certification audit (including all corrective actions which have been agreed between the Client and the Keyn Certification audit team and completed), Keyn Certification will re-issue the Client’s certification and the Certificate of Approval. It should be noted that this needs to be completed before expiry of the current Certificate of Approval to preserve the continuity of the certification. Once completed, certification will be reconfirmed.

Re-Certification. In the event an employee is required by the State of Michigan, through its Department of Education, or is requested by the School District, to recertify an existing certificate to maintain his/her position in an assignment he/she is presently teaching, or will be teaching at the request of the School District, the District will reimburse the tuition cost for classes, approved by the Superintendent prior to course registration, by not less than 50% of said cost, (not to exceed a $700 maximum accumulation during a five (5) year recertification window). This provision includes teachers completing the last six (6) credits of the eighteen (18) required for attaining the initial continuing certificate. Also, this provision is in effect for the present State requirement only. The District may reimburse up to 100% of said cost at its own discretion.
Re-Certification m. The contractor must comply with all provisions of the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Juvenile Facility Standards, 28 CFR 115, and all related MDHHS policies. Compliance with PREA will be monitored by MDHHS and audits will be conducted as required by Department of Justice certified PREA auditors. Each agency operating one or more child caring institutions must have a PREA juvenile coordinator and must have a PREA compliance manager for each facility to provide onsite compliance with the standards and policies. The PREA juvenile coordinator and PREA compliance manager may have other duties assigned, but must have sufficient time and authority to develop, implement, and oversee agency efforts to comply.
Re-Certification. Company agrees to certify any New Version prior to making it available for connection to a CME Interface and shall test such New Version in accordance with Section 2(E)(i). As used herein, “New Version” means any revision of, or modification to a certified Customer Interface that (a) adds new functionality to, or modifies the existing functionality of such Customer Interface based on changes to the specifications of a CME Interface, or (b) results in changes made to Company’s Customer Interface due to the change or addition of CME functionality. Further, upon written notice CME may, in its reasonable discretion, require Company’s Customer Interface to successfully complete additional certification, or functional and stress testing. Company is not required to re- certify Customer Interface pursuant to this Section 2(E)(ii) unless specific changes were made to Customer Interface to support CME functionality. Any New Version certified by CME in accordance with this Section 2(E)(ii) shall be deemed to be a Customer Interface.
