Issuance of Documents. Upon receipt of the review comments and approval from the Owner, the Design Professional shall complete the Bidding Documents to respond to the review comments and furnish final copies to the Owner prior to issuance of the Bidding Documents for bid. The Bidding Documents shall be bound into a Project Manual, including the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Bid Form, Construction Contract, General Conditions, Supplementary General Conditions, and the Specifications.
