Issuances of Additional Class A-1 Notes. (a) In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 2.2(b) of the Base Indenture, for so long as the Series 2024-1 Class A-1 Notes are Outstanding, the issuance of any additional Series of Class A-1 Notes shall also require the consent of the Series 2024-1 Class A-1 Administrative Agent (which consent shall be deemed to have been given unless an objection is delivered to the Co-Issuers within ten (10) Business Days after written notice of such proposed issuance is delivered to the Series 2024-1 Class A-1 Administrative Agent).

In addition to the conditions set forth in Section 2.2(b) of the Base Indenture, for so long as the Series 2017-1 Class A-1 Notes are Outstanding, the issuance of any additional Series of Class A-1 Notes shall also require the consent of each of the Series 2017-1 Class A-1 Administrative Agents (which consent shall be deemed to have been given unless an objection is delivered to the Co-Issuers within ten (10) Business Days after written notice of such proposed issuance is delivered to each of the Series 2017-1 Class A-1 Administrative Agents in the manner provided in the Series 2017-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement).
