Pay Cheques R-1 Payment of wages will be made by depositing the net amount payable to the Employee to the credit of the Employee's designated account at any Kent County chartered bank that utilizes a computer banking transfer system. All Employees and all future Employees, as a condition of employment, shall sign an authorization to permit the payment of wages as referenced above. An Employee who is underpaid a minimum of seventy-five ($75.00) as a result of a payroll error, upon request, will have a separate cheque issued to her/him as soon as possible but no later than two (2) working days (payroll working days) following the request.
Funding Your Payment Selecting a preferred funding source You may select a preferred funding source when logged into your account. Subject to this user agreement, the preferred funding source will be used as the default funding source for payments you send from your account. You can set separate preferred funding sources for some billing agreement payments. Special Funding Arrangements Some payments can be funded by special funding arrangements linked to your PayPal account, such as merchant/transaction specific balance, gift vouchers or other promotional funding arrangements. The use and priority of these special funding arrangements are subject to further terms and conditions between you and us. Your account overview may show the notional amount available in your special funding arrangements to fund qualifying payments at any given time. This amount does not constitute electronic money, is not deemed part of your PayPal balance and is not redeemable in cash - it only represents the amount of electronic money which we offer to issue and credit to your account at the time of (and only to immediately fund) a qualifying payment, subject to (and only for the period outlined in) the further terms and conditions of use of that special funding arrangement. If your payment funded by a special funding arrangement is reversed at a later time for any reason, we will keep the amount that represents the portion of that payment that was funded by your special funding arrangement and (provided that the special funding arrangement has not already expired) reinstate the special funding arrangement. Funding payments you send from your account We will obtain electronic money for the payment you send from your account from the following sources in the following order to the extent they are available:
LOCAL AND BCTF DUES DEDUCTION 1. The employer agrees to deduct from the salary of each employee covered by this Collective Agreement an amount equal to the fees of the BCTF according to the scale established pursuant to its constitution and by-laws, inclusive of the fees of the local in the district, according to the scale established pursuant to its constitution and by-laws, and shall remit the same to the BCTF and the local respectively. When Must Distributions from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Begin? Paying Electricity Charges pay for electricity and other utilities consumed in or relating to the Said Flat And Appurtenances.
Dues Deduction 6.2.1 The District shall deduct, in accordance with the CSEA dues and service fee schedule approved by the CSEA delegates, dues from the wages of all employees who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.
What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.
Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.
Union Dues Deduction The Company will deduct union dues from new employees who have worked a minimum of forty (40) hours.
Requesting Payments You may request money from another User through a Zelle® Payment Request. You understand and acknowledge that Users to whom you send payment requests may reject or ignore your request. Neither we nor Zelle® guarantee that you will receive money from other Users by sending a Zelle® Payment Request, or that you will receive the amount that you request. Neither we nor Zelle® accept responsibility if the other User rejects or ignores your request, or sends you an amount that is less than you request. If a User ignores your request, we may decide or Zelle® may decide, in our sole discretion, that we will not send a reminder or repeat request to that User. In addition to the other restrictions in this Agreement, by accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are not engaging in the business of debt collection by attempting to use the Zelle® Payment Service to request money for the payment or collection of an overdue or delinquent debt; to request money that is owed to another person; or to collect any amounts that are owed pursuant to a court order. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zelle®, its owners, directors, officers, agents and Network Financial Institutions from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of any Zelle® Payment Request that you send that is related to overdue or delinquent amounts. You agree to receive Zelle® Payment Requests from other Users, and to only send Zelle® Payment Requests for legitimate and lawful purposes. Zelle® Payment Requests are solely between the Requestor and recipient and are not reviewed or verified by us or by Zelle®. Neither we nor Zelle® assume responsibility for the accuracy or legality of such requests and do not act as a debt collector on your behalf or on behalf of the Requestor. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to terminate your ability to send Zelle® Payment Requests in general, or to specific recipients, if we deem such Zelle® Payment Requests to be potentially unlawful, abusive, offensive or unwelcome by the recipient. If applicable, if you as a Requestor initiate a Zelle® Payment Request using the Zelle® Payment Service, you acknowledge and agree that as disclosed on the Site (a) the applicable service fee will be deducted from payments received by you from a Sender(s), and (b) no service fee will be charged if you as the Requestor do not receive any payments from the individuals to whom the Zelle® Payment Request is sent. Further details about the foregoing can be found on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that individuals to whom you send a Zelle® Payment Request may not receive, or otherwise may reject or ignore, your Zelle® Payment Request. We do not guarantee that you will receive any payments from individuals by initiating a Zelle® Payment Request. Zelle® Small Business Service Users may not send Zelle® Payment Requests to Users enrolled with Zelle® through Zelle® Standalone Locations.
