Common use of ISTRF Employee Contribution Clause in Contracts

ISTRF Employee Contribution. In addition to the other considerations provided to the Superintendent by this paragraph of this Contract, the Board shall make any contribution to the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund that would otherwise be required to be paid by the Superintendent. All payments to the Superintendent subject to federal income tax and the Superintendent’s contribution to the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund shall be included in the Superintendent’s salary for purposes of the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund.

ISTRF Employee Contribution. In addition to the other considerations provided to the Superintendent by this paragraph of this Contract, the Board shall make any contribution to the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund that would otherwise be required to be paid by the Superintendent. All payments to the Superintendent are subject to federal income tax and the Superintendent’s contribution to the Indiana State Teachers Teachers’ Retirement Fund shall be included in the Superintendent’s salary for purposes of the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement FundFund calculations.

In addition to the other considerations provided to the Superintendent by this paragraph of this Contract, the Board shall make any contribution to the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund that would otherwise be required to be paid by the Superintendent that is currently three percent (3%) of the Superintendent’s annual base salary. All payments to the Superintendent subject to federal income tax and the Superintendent’s contribution to the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund shall be included in the Superintendent’s salary for purposes of the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund.

In addition to the other considerations consideration provided to the Superintendent by this paragraph of this Contract, the Board shall make any contribution contributions to the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund that would otherwise be required to be paid by the Superintendent. All payments to the Superintendent subject to federal income tax and the Superintendent’s contribution to the Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund shall be included in the Superintendent’s salary for purposes of compensation reported to the Indiana State Teachers’ Retirement Fund.
