IT inter-operability. 18.1 NHS England and the ICB will work together to ensure that all relevant IT systems operated by NHS England and the ICB in respect of the Delegated Functions and the Reserved Functions are inter-operable and that data may be transferred between systems securely, easily and efficiently.
