IT IS FURTHER INTENDED. that the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) shall continue to function as a public information and involvement committee, and shall be representative of a cross-section of the community. The CAC shall keep the CORE MPO Board informed of the community's perspective and shall also provide information to the community about transportation policies and issues. The membership and duties shall be enumerated in the Citizens Advisory Committee Bylaws.
