Items Left Unattended. The Licensee shall ensure that no items are left unattended at the Event Space during the non Operating Hours. In the event, the Licensee breaches this obligation, the Licensor may terminate the Licence Agreement, forfeit any Licence Fee paid in advance and the Security Deposit and impose a fine up to 40% of the total Licence Fee and any costs and expenses in connection with the removal of the items incurred by the Licensor, shall be for the Licensee’s account and any invoice provided by the Licensor shall be conclusive and binding upon the Licensee.
