Common use of ITS Construction Manager Clause in Contracts

ITS Construction Manager. 2 Developer shall designate an ITS Construction Manager for the Project. The ITS Construction 3 Manager must report directly to the Construction Manager. Developer shall ensure that the ITS 4 Construction Manager is responsible for the construction, installation, and systems acceptance 5 testing (SAT) for the entire ITS system. The ITS Construction Manager must be familiar with the 6 overall functionality of the ADOT FMS, its field elements and their technologies, and the 7 connectivity between the field elements and their users. The individual’s relevant experience 8 includes the following;
