IXC Revenue Sample Clauses

IXC Revenue. When an IXC terminates an InterLATA or IntraLATA toll call to either Party’s local exchange customer whose telephone number has been ported from one party to the other, the Parties agree that the Party to whom the number has been ported shall be entitled to revenue from the IXC for those access elements it actually provides including, but not limited to end office switching, local transport, RIC, and CCL. The Party from whom the number has been ported shall be entitled to receive revenue from the IXC for those access elements it actually provides including, but not limited to any entrance facility fees, access Tandem fees and appropriate local transport charges.

  • THIRD-PARTY REVENUE Subrecipient shall make every reasonable effort to obtain all available reimbursement from third parties (e.g., insurers), for which persons served hereunder may be eligible. All such third-party reimbursements received by Subrecipient shall be reported to County in the format required by County. The amount of such third-party reimbursements shall be deducted from County’s maximum obligation hereunder.

  • REVENUE All revenue from the event activities may be retained by Permittee.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.
