If the items to be distributed consist of non-cash assets (such as Tokens), the General Partner may, in its sole discretion, cause such assets to be sold, in which case only the Net Sales Proceeds shall be deemed paid (or contributed, as applicable) to the Partnership and any costs or losses associated with such sale shall be borne solely by such Partner.
