JNTC and Prototyping. The Contractor shall conduct Systems Engineering to identify, analyze, and assess the Joint simulations tools capabilities to meet Army LVC required capabilities in accordance with AR 5-11 and the JCIDS process. The Contractor shall prepare a report detailing the analysis and conclusions and deliver the report to the Government and NSC Futures Government Project Lead within two (2) weeks of completion of the assessment. *See Paragraph 5.53
