Common use of Job and Wage Goal Clause in Contracts

Job and Wage Goal. The Project Operator agrees to retain or create a minimum of one (1) new fulltime equivalent positions paying a minimum of $9.29 per hour exclusive of benefits.

Job and Wage Goal. The Project Operator agrees to retain or create a minimum of one (1) new fulltime equivalent positions paying a minimum of $9.29 9.15 per hour exclusive of benefits.
