Job Creation Projects. The parties agree that the employment of individuals hired under the job creation projects initiated within government service shall not be subject to the Articles of this Collective Agreement but shall be subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement between the Employer and the Union which forms Schedule C of this Collective Agreement.
