Job Creation Requirements. 3.1 The Applicant shall ensure that the Business creates a minimum of one (1) new FTE Job in the Province of Manitoba, which shall be continuously staffed for at least six (6) months by one (1) or more Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada who reside in the Province of Manitoba and are not a spouse or dependent of the Applicant, prior to the Applicant submitting the Final Report to the Program.
