JOB DESCRIPTION & EVALUATION. 11.1 The Employer shall, upon receiving Council approval for the creation of a new position or as a result of the restructuring of a Department, Division or Section, resulting in changes to the essential character of a position(s), prepare a job description in accordance with the requirements of the manual of procedures within a period of sixty (60) calendar days of such approval.
