Common use of Job Hazard Analysis Clause in Contracts

Job Hazard Analysis. For each job task, the Employer will create a Job Hazard Analysis (XXX) form outlining the sequence of task, potential hazards, action or procedure, and required training. The XXX will also indicate the hazard category, hazard type, loss potential rating, and required personal protective equipment.
