Job Meetings. 1. Hold timely progress and coordination meetings to provide for an easy flowing project. Implement procedures and assure timely submittals, expedite processing approvals and return of shop drawings, samples, etc. Coordinate and expedite critical ordering and delivery of materials, work sequences, inspection and testing, labor allocation, etc. Review and coordinate each Subcontractor's work. Review and implement revisions to the Schedule. Monitor and promote safety requirements. In addition, regular project status meetings will be held between the Architect/Engineer, Owner and Construction Manager either biweekly or monthly, whichever is designated by the Project Manager. The Construction Manager will be responsible for the agenda, minutes preparation and distribution, and will chair the meetings. 2. Use the job site meeting as a tool for preplanning of work and enforcing schedules and for establishing procedures, responsibilities, and identification of authority for all to clearly understand. 3. Identify a party or parties responsible for follow up on any problems, delay items or questions and record course for solution. Revisit each pending item at each subsequent meeting until resolution is achieved. Require all present to make any problems or delaying event known to those present for appropriate attention and resolution.
