Common use of Job Promotion Fund Clause in Contracts

Job Promotion Fund. In the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, the Employer shall contribute an amount in cents-per-hour worked, including waiting and reporting time, for all employees covered by the Agreement, in an amount and on the effective dates shown in the Wage and Benefit Schedule as set out at the beginning of the Provincial Appendix. Contributions on all overtime hours shall be doubled. Notwithstanding Article 34.02, the contributions are to be forwarded to the “Boilermakers’ National Benefits Funds (Canada)”. Details of the Job Promotion program are more fully set out in the Job Promotion Agreement.
