JOB REGISTRATION. The Employer shall register all jobs with District Council 36 on a form provided by the Union. Registration shall take place after the award of the project but in all cases prior to xxxxxxx the job. The Employer need not register jobs which require less than three hundred (300) man hours. District Council 36 acknowledges that all information gathered through the job registry shall remain confidential.
