Common use of Job Safety and PPE Analysis Clause in Contracts

Job Safety and PPE Analysis. Before on-site Services begin, a written job safety analysis will be completed by Contractor to identify occupational safety and health hazards associated with the Services to be provided. The analysis will be included in the PSP. For each identified hazard, hazard controls must be specified and implemented. A hazard analysis defining the required personal protective equipment for the Services will also be completed in accordance with OSHA standard, 29 C.F.R. §1910.132(d) and other applicable federal, state and local occupational safety and health laws, regulations and standards.
