Common use of Jobs Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Jobs Reporting Requirements. Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 16A.633, Subd. 4, the Grant Recipient shall collect, maintain and, upon completion of the Project, provide the information indicated in Attachment III of this Agreement, to the Commissioner of Management and Budget. The information must include, but is not limited to, the following: the number and types of jobs created by the Project, whether the jobs are new or retained, where the jobs are located and the pay ranges of the jobs.
