Joinder of Gta Funding. (a) GTA Funding as a Conduit Purchaser. Effective as of the date hereof, (i) GTA Funding shall be a Conduit Purchaser party to the Receivables Purchase Agreement for all purposes thereof and the other Transaction Documents and (ii) GTA Funding assumes all related rights and agrees to be bound by all of the terms and provisions applicable to Conduit Purchasers contained in the Receivables Purchase Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.
