Joint and Several Liabilities. With respect to HR Liabilities that, under applicable Law or Labor Agreement, result in joint and several liability between two or more Parties, such HR Liabilities, to the extent not otherwise addressed herein, shall be apportioned among the Parties based on the principles of the Separation Agreement in respect of shared liabilities.
