JOINT APPROACH TO PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT. 7.1. The Parties mutually acknowledge and agree that subsequent formal discussions and negotiations with the Provincial Government, towards the formation of the College, shall be undertaken jointly between the Parties, and neither of the CPCA nor the Task Group shall unilaterally proceed in discussions with the Provincial Government for this purpose without the express consent of the other.

  • Government End Users The Apple Software and related documentation are “Commercial Items”, as that term is defined at 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation”, as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to U.S. Government end users (a) only as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end users pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.   • No Government Approval You understand that no state or federal authority has reviewed this Investment Agreement or the Note or made any finding relating to the value or fairness of the investment.

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA.

  • Federal Government End Use Provisions We provide the Services, including related software and technology, for ultimate federal government end use solely in accordance with the following: Government technical data and software rights related to the Services include only those rights customarily provided to the public as defined in this Agreement. This customary commercial license is provided in accordance with FAR 12.211 (Technical Data) and FAR 12.212 (Software) and, for Department of Defense transactions, DFAR 252.227-7015 (Technical Data – Commercial Items) and DFAR 227.7202-3 (Rights in Commercial Computer Software or Computer Software Documentation). If a government agency has a need for rights not granted under these terms, it must negotiate with Us to determine if there are acceptable terms for granting those rights, and a mutually acceptable written addendum specifically granting those rights must be included in any applicable agreement.

  • Government Entities If You are a U.S. Government entity, then Your use, duplication or disclosure of the Software is subject to the following restricted rights clause: The Software is a “Commercial Item,” as that term is defined in 48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of “commercial computer Licensed Software” and “computer software documentation,” as such terms are used in 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(1) and 48 C.F.R. §252.227-7014(a)(5), respectively, and used in 48 C.F.R. §12.212 and 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable, and all as amended from time to time. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. §12.212 and 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, and other relevant sections of the Code of Federal Regulations, as applicable, and all as amended from time to time, all U.S. Government entities license the Software (i) only as Commercial Items, and (ii) with only the rights explicitly set forth in this License Agreement and the Sales Order.
