In the event Employee is subpoenaed by any person or entity (including, but not limited to, any Government Entity) to give testimony or provide documents (in a deposition, court proceeding, or otherwise), that in any way relates to Employee’s employment by the Company, Employee will give prompt notice of such subpoena to the Company and will make no disclosure until the Company has had a reasonable opportunity to contest the right of the requesting person or entity to such disclosure.
Subscriber understands that any information provided to the Company may be disclosed to the United States Government by the Company.
Lessee must provide a notice of commencement in accordance with Government Code 2252.909.
