Common use of Joint Committee for management of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Joint Committee for management of the Agreement. 1. The Parties shall set up a Joint Committee of experts (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Committee’), composed of representatives of the Union and of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Union shall be represented by the European Commission, assisted by experts from the Member States.
